The Eleventh General Assembly of the World Council of Churches was held from 31 August to 8th September at Karlsruhe in Germany. Our Metropolitan, His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Theodosius Mar Thoma Metropolitan along with Diocesan Episcopa, His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa and Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa and other Church Delegation attended the Assembly.

On Sunday, the 4th of September 2022 a Holy Communion Service for Switzerland and Germany Mar Thoma Congregations was held at the venue of the Assembly in Karlsruhe. The Holy Communion Service was celebrated by the Mar Thoma Metropolitan, in cooperation with Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa and Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa.

On Saturday, 10 September 2022 Holy Worship and First Holy Communion Service was conducted under the leadership of Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa. During the Service three children from Germany and Holland received communion.
